Is the bedding new, or is it re-cycled from year to year?
The bedding is brand new! We don't rent it out to anyone or accept returns at the end of the year.
At the end of your stay in Israel you decide what to do with your bedding, i.e. take it back to the States, donate it, leave it for your siblings, etc, etc.

Am I buying first quality merchandise?
The merchandise is 1st quality - no irregulars!
The plant manufactures for Lands' End, Linens and Things, and Pottery Barn among other American stores.

Can I order specific colors and prints?
Unfortunately the answer is no. Why? Because of the crazy world of production and shipping schedules at the factories we're never really sure what our inventory will be.
(I can guarantee that we'll never send lavender colored sheets to your son . .)

Who am I buying from?
From Stuart and Ruth Pilichowski. We made Aliyah 8 years ago from Fair Lawn, NJ. References provided if requested.

We purchase the bedding from a Jewish owned home textile company right here in Israel.

How many years have you been doing this?
We have been providing bedding for people for the past 5 years, delivering it straight to their dorm (or hotel room in the case of tourists).

Is there any type guarantee?
If there's any problem, with any part of your package, we'll get a new one to you ASAP! We insist on customer satisfaction and will make exchanges until you're satisfied and happy.

When I click to pay and the PayPal page appears why does it say miriamcarit@hotmail.com at the top of the page?

Miriam Carit is one of the associates supplying you with your bedding needs. ("Carit" means "pillow" in Hebrew…… it's not her real name . . .)

Technically speaking, it's the email address that's linked with our PayPal account.

Where do I indicate what size Robe I'm ordering?

After you click "Buy now", you can select a size along with the rest of the shipping information.
